If your setup occupies a curb lane or sidewalk, a city permit and traffic plan may be required. Share your address and photos and we’ll confirm requirements and timing.

What boom size should I choose?

As a rough guide: 20–22 m for tight residential and short reaches; 28–33 m for most foundations and slabs; 38 m for longer reaches or elevated work. We’ll size it precisely from your site details.

What’s included in the hourly rate?

The pump with a certified operator, standard setup, pumping time, and basic washout. Travel, minimum hours, traffic control, and special washout handling are quoted as needed.

How do you keep the site safe?

Proper cribbing, full outrigger extension, powerline clearances, and controlled hose handling. If conditions aren’t safe, we pause and adjust.

Do you provide the concrete?

We’re a pumping service—order your ready-mix as usual. Tell your supplier you’re pumping and confirm the mix is pumpable.

Are you insured and WSIB-cleared?

Yes. We can provide certificates and WSIB clearance on request.

What if the weather turns?

We monitor conditions and coordinate with you. If wind or storms make it unsafe, we’ll work with your crew to reschedule the pour window.
